DJ Plunkett is a New York City based actor originally from Lynn, Massachusetts.  He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of music with a BFA in musical theatre and a proud member of Actors Equity Association.  DJ is most known for playing Boq on the North American tour of WICKED where he played over 480 performances in 22 cities. He is currently on the global tour of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Mike Teavee!

He has been seen in numerous regional theaters across the country including City Springs Theatre Company, ACT of Connecticut, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Human Race Theatre Company and The Greater Boston Theatre Company.  On camera, DJ can be seen in The Funhouse Massacre (Amazon) Coup De Grace (short) and Dissonance (short) and his voice can be heard in the ad campaign for "The Last Kids on Earth" graphic novel series as well as 8 different character's on the Yoto series "Morris and the Magic Bell and an exciting new show for Tonies.

In NYC he has sung solo and back-up for various stars at The Town Hall, Feinstein's 54 Below, JAZZ at Lincoln Center, Green Room 42 & The Metropolitan Room.
